Epoxy dipping adhesive 792 is a two component epoxy impregnating paint designed for stable fixation and insulation treatment of large generator stator winding ends.

Product Features:

>  Low viscosity, good flowability, high solid content, easy to penetrate and fill impregnating materials.

>  Fast curing speed, good drying performance, strong adhesion, good thermal elasticity, and able to withstand the centrifugal force when the motor rotates after curing.

>  Excellent electrical and chemical stability, moisture resistance, heat resistance, and oil resistance.

>  Epoxy dipping adhesive 792 has good compatibility with conductors and other materials.

Applications and Features:

Epoxy dipping adhesive 792, with a heat resistance grade of F, is suitable for surface coating and insulation treatment of fixed binding ropes (tapes) at the end of large generator stator windings. If it is necessary to accelerate the drying process during use, heating and baking can be done.

Mix components A and B of Epoxy dipping adhesive together according to the ratio, and immediately stir continuously for more than 5 minutes. After stirring evenly, it can be used. The prepared room temperature curing epoxy adhesive should be used up within 8 hours.
