Product Description
The LVDT displacement sensor 1000TD is a high-performance six wire sensor that uses a differential transformer type working principle to achieve high-precision displacement measurement. The sensor consists of three sets of coils, one set of primary coils, and the outgoing wires are brown and yellow; There are two sets of secondary coils, one with black and green outgoing wires, and the other with blue and red outgoing wires. Connecting the green and blue lines as differential outputs can achieve higher sensitivity and lower noise.
The LVDT displacement sensor 1000TD has the advantages of small size, high accuracy, stable performance, good reliability, and long service life. Its linear range is 0-50mm, with a linearity of ± 0.3% of the full stroke, and the operating temperature range is -40-150 ºC (conventional) and -40-210 ºC (high temperature). In addition, the sensor also has a sensitivity coefficient of ± 0.03% FSO./ºC, which can achieve high-precision temperature compensation and measurement. The lead wire adopts six polytetrafluoroethylene insulated sheathed cables, and is equipped with stainless steel sheathed hoses externally, which can meet the installation and usage requirements in various complex environments.
