The XACT500 online gas purity analyzer is a gas analysis equipment designed with a split structure, mainly consisting of a sampling system, XACT500 transmitter, and XACT500 secondary meter. This design enables the equipment to maintain high precision measurement while maintaining good stability and reliability, making it suitable for various complex industrial environments.

 

Product Features:


The product characteristics of the XACT500 online gas purity analyzer are very significant. Firstly, the device uses RS485 digital signals or 4-20 mA analog signals for communication, ensuring stable and reliable data transmission. The measurement results are displayed clearly through LED display. Secondly, the secondary meter is powered by a 220VAC power supply, providing a 24VDC power supply to the transmitter. It also has (4-20) mA current output and dual alarm relay output functions, which can meet various complex industrial application requirements. In addition, secondary meters and transmitters should be installed nearby, with a maximum distance of 1km, to ensure real-time and accurate data. The factory standard 4-core 4-color cable is used to connect the secondary meter and transmitter, making installation and maintenance more convenient.
