Product Description

The DZXL-V-T boiler tube leakage acoustic sensor is a pre sensor used in the boiler tube leakage detection system. Its main function is to convert the sound signals near the water-cooled wall pipes, superheater pipes, reheater pipes, and pressure pipelines of the economizer in the thermal power plant into processable electrical signals, in order to detect minor leaks in the pressure pipelines in a timely manner.

Specially designed: The DZXL-V-T acoustic sensor is specifically designed for boiler leakage detection systems in thermal power plants. It aims to provide highly sensitive sound detection to ensure accurate identification of early leaks and help prevent potential safety issues.
Material advantage: The outer shell of the sensor is made of all stainless steel material (SUS304), which makes it corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as boilers.
Signal conversion: The key task of a sensor is to convert the detected sound signal into an electrical signal for subsequent processing and analysis. This helps operators take timely measures to address potential leakage issues
 

Wiring instructions:

Signal cable connection: The signal cable of the sensor needs to be welded to the aviation plug of the acoustic sensor accessory. This needs to be done on-site to ensure that the connection is firm and correct.
Plug wiring: The wiring must be carried out according to the requirements to avoid burning out the acoustic sensor. The correct wiring ensures the normal operation of the sensor.
Plug insertion: After welding is completed, insert the aviation plug into the base of the acoustic sensor and tighten it to ensure a secure connection. Locking the wire hole: The PG-11 wire hole at the tail of the aviation plug must be locked to ensure the waterproof function of the sensor.
