Product Description

Valve DBEM10-50/200YG24NZ4M is a pilot operated proportional relief valve with a conical valve structure, which continuously regulates the pressure of the system based on input signal changes. This valve mainly consists of a pilot valve with an electric magnet and a main valve with a main valve core.

Working principle of relief valve DBEM10-50/200YG24NZ4M:
The system pressure acts on the main valve core, while damping acts on the upper end of the main valve core and the pilot valve core. If the system pressure increases and exceeds the set pressure value of the proportional solenoid, the pilot valve cone valve opens, controlling the oil to return to the tank, creating a pressure drop on the main valve core, causing the main valve core to open, and the pressure oil flows from chamber A to chamber B. By changing the aperture of the pilot valve seat, different pressure levels can be obtained. There is a maximum pressure protection device to protect the system from damage caused by accidental high pressure.

The proportional relief valve DBEM10-50/200YG24NZ4M has a simple structure, repeated installation and debugging, good accuracy and linearity, and strong flow capacity. Widely used in various fields such as machine tools, light industry, metallurgy, etc.
