Z41H-16C wedge gate valve is a valve product with good insulation and cooling characteristics, and the valve diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter. This valve is mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, etc., to transport high viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature.

Z41H-16C gate valve is a wedge type one-way valve with an integral structure, which has the characteristics of light weight, good sealing performance, and strong pressure resistance. The valve diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter, and there is no additional pressure loss when the fluid flows through the valve.

Structure:
The Z41H-16C valve mainly consists of valve body, valve plate, sealing gasket, driving device and other components. The valve body adopts an integral structure, making the valve smaller, lighter in weight, and leak free. The valve plate and sealing gasket adopt a wedge design, which makes the valve have good sealing performance when opening and closing. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipes, which are more pressure resistant and firm than those cast.
