Applications and Features:

The filter element HBX-250X10 has a design accuracy of 10 μ m. It can effectively filter out small particles, impurities, and pollutants in the top axle oil, maintaining the cleanliness and stable performance of the oil. By continuously using the filter element HBX-250X10, you can effectively prevent particulate matter from entering the system, extend the service life of the equipment, and reduce maintenance costs.
In practical operation, when the pressure difference of the dual cartridge filter reaches a certain value, the filter element HX-25010 needs to be cleaned or replaced. When replacing the filter element, first switch the oil filling valve of the filter to the backup cylinder, then open the vent valve of the backup cylinder, wait for the gas to be discharged, tighten the vent valve, and then switch the switch valve to the backup side to complete the switch of the dual cylinder filter. At this point, you can safely replace the filter element HBX-250X10 to ensure that the system continues to efficiently filter the oil.
