Applications and Features:

slot Sealant SWG-1 is used for sealing the generator end cover groove, and the end cover is an integral part of the generator seal. For ease of installation, maintenance, and disassembly, the end cover consists of horizontally separated upper and lower halves, and is equipped with end cover bearings. There is also a sealing groove on the joint surface of the end cover, which is filled with sealant to ensure good air tightness. When the hydrogen content of the sealed oil return pipe exceeds the standard, it should be considered that the sealing of the generator end cover is not tight. The end cover is generally treated with glue injection, especially when the generator is started or stopped, the end cover sealant will be affected by changes in temperature, resulting in a lack of glue. However, the root cause of insufficient sealant is deformation of the generator end cover or wear of the sealing pad, so glue injection can only be a temporary measure. After shutdown, it is necessary to inspect and handle the end cover and sealing pad.
