>  Polyester air-drying red insulating varnish 188 needs to have good adhesion, sufficient mechanical strength and electrical insulation to prevent mechanical damage to electrical equipment insulation, protect equipment from erosion, and improve the strength of surface insulation. 

>  188 red porcelain paint has the characteristics of fast drying, anti fouling, rust prevention, oil resistance, moisture resistance, anti fog, heat resistance, cold resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance.

Applications and Features:

Polyester air-drying red insulating varnish 188 is a single component insulation paint with an insulation grade of F, mainly used to prevent the occurrence of corona in the stator. It can be used for the process treatment of corona at the end of the generator stator bar. First, clean each slot with a white cloth and alcohol, and at the same time, use tools to clean sharp corners, burrs, and foreign objects. After cleaning, inspection is mainly conducted between the upper and lower wire rods, mainly to check the surface condition. If it is black, use a flat file to clean foreign objects. If it turns white, it is necessary to apply 188 red enamel paint (with anti corona, corrosion, and anti-aging properties). Depending on the on-site situation, if necessary, it is necessary to remove the binding sleeve of the sandwich wire rod. It can also be used for processing the position of the tension pin.
