Product Description

D631 series electro-hydraulic servo valve is an electro-hydraulic servo valve that uses a permanent magnet moving iron torque motor.

Structure:
Its torque motor consists of components such as a guide magnet (magnetic steel), a guide magnet (yoke iron), an armature (and two control coils), a guide rod shaft, and an elastic sleeve seat. The armature is supported by an elastic sleeve seat in the middle of two guide magnets through a guide rod, which can rotate slightly around the guide rod and form four working air gaps with the guide magnet. The control coil is located above the armature.

The torque motor of D631 electro-hydraulic servo valve has a large output torque per unit volume, so its size is small and its inertia is small. However, due to its complex structure, the manufacturing cost is high.
