The overvoltage protector SBB-A-12.7F/131-J is a new type of power protection device. It is designed based on the characteristics of overvoltage in the current power system and combined with the operating experience of various overvoltage protectors over the past decade. This protector adopts a unique structural connection method and new materials, which can not only limit atmospheric overvoltage, but also effectively limit operating overvoltage, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.

7. The power frequency voltage applied to the terminals of the protector for a long time does not exceed the continuous operating voltage of the protector;
8. The maximum wind speed does not exceed 35m/s;
9. The ice thickness does not exceed 20mm.

 

Product Features:
The main feature of SBB-A-12.7F/131-J overvoltage protector is the use of non-linear metal oxide resistor stacked and assembled, and sealed inside the insulation sleeve without any discharge gap. Under normal operating voltage, the protector presents a high resistance insulation state, ensuring the safe operation of power equipment. However, once subjected to overvoltage impact, the protector will quickly transition to a low resistance state, rapidly discharging the surge current into the ground, thereby suppressing the residual voltage on parallel power equipment below the specified value, effectively ensuring the insulation safety of electrical equipment.
In addition, this overvoltage protector has good steep wave response characteristics, high impulse current tolerance, low residual voltage, reliable operation, no power frequency continuous current, strong pollution resistance, reliable sealing, good explosion-proof performance, and superior aging resistance. It has a small size, light weight, and is very convenient for transportation and installation, and maintenance is also quite easy.

Since the overvoltage protector SBB-A-12.7F/131-J is widely used in power, industry, construction, transportation, petrochemical and other industries, it can protect various power equipment from overvoltage.
