The working process of the gap measurement probe GJCT-15-E in the sealing gap control system of the boiler air preheater generally includes the following steps

Sensor measurement gap: The sensing ship determines the change in gap by observing the division size between the star bearing and the impeller, and converts the division size into an electrical signal output.

Sensors usually use techniques such as piezoelectric ceramic or capacitive, which can quickly and accurately measure the gap size

Signal transmission: The gap measurement probe transmits the signal emitted by the sensor to the controller through a connecting wire. The connecting wire is usually made of high-temperature resistant materials such as high-temperature cables and special cables to adapt to the high-temperature environment of the boiler.

Controller processing signals: The controller receives signals from sensors and controls the operation of the regulating device based on the signals. The control surge often uses microprocessors and PL technology, which can achieve precise control and data processing of the regulating device

Adjusting the gap: When the gap measurement probe detects a gap that is too large or too small, the control will receive a signal from the sensor and control the remote rotation of the adjustment device based on the signal, automatically adjusting the gap size between the bearing and the impeller. The regulating device usually includes components such as motors, reducers, and screw mechanisms
