Butterfly valve D71X3-10 is a centerline wafer type butterfly valve used in the generator stator cooling water system. It achieves effective cooling of the stator by controlling the inflow and outflow of cooling water to maintain the stator temperature within a safe range. This butterfly valve adopts high-performance materials and advanced manufacturing technology, which has good sealing performance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for applications in various temperature environments.
Material:
The valve body, stem, and plate material of the D71X3-10 wafer butterfly valve is 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of hard faced cobalt based hard alloy, which has wear resistance and long service life. The sealing ring of the valve is made of stainless steel, which has the advantages of both hard metal sealing and elastic sealing. The production process is exquisite, ensuring the quality and reliability of valve components.
The low-pressure butterfly valve D71X3-10 achieves effective cooling of the stator by regulating the flow of cooling water. Equipped with bidirectional sealing ability, it can achieve good sealing effect regardless of the flow direction of the medium. It can be installed in any direction, and the drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotated 90 ° or 180 °), making it convenient for users to use and maintain.
Structure:
