The LH0330R10BN/HC filter element is a filter element designed specifically for hydraulic systems, made of high-quality materials with excellent filtration performance and stability. It is mainly used in hydraulic systems with a raw water pressure of 20KG/square centimeter, with a filtration accuracy of 1-80 microns (customizable), a filtration area range of 30-2600L/min, and an inlet and outlet diameter of 100mm. At the same time, its maximum working pressure difference is 2.0Mpa, and the filter element is made of chemical fiber and glass fiber filter paper, which can withstand high working pressure and temperature.

> Equipped with a transmitter and bypass valve: In order to improve the reliability of the hydraulic system, the filter LH0330R10BN/HC is equipped with a filter pollution blockage transmitter and bypass valve. When the filter element is blocked by pollutants, or factors such as low system liquid temperature and flow pulsation cause the inlet pressure to be 0.35MPa, the transmitter will send a signal indicating the need to replace the filter element or increase the temperature. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately to handle these faults at this time, the bypass valve located on the filter element will automatically open (with an opening pressure of 0.4MPa), ensuring that the hydraulic system can continue to operate without interruption.
