| The sealing oil vacuum tank float valve PYF-100 is a mechanical float level controller. It automatically controls the oil replenishment of the oil tank or other containers to keep the oil tank within the specified liquid level range. It is mainly used for the liquid level control of the vacuum oil tank of the single-flow ring oil seal control system of the hydrogen-cooled steam turbine generator. It can also be used for the medium replenishment of other similar oil tanks or water tanks. The sealing oil vacuum tank float valve is mainly composed of a valve body, a piston, a needle plug, a transmission mechanism, and a ball valve. When the oil level in the oil tank drops, the buoyancy of the float decreases, and the force of the needle plug to the right is greater than the force of the buoyancy of the float to the left, the needle plug moves to the right, opens the center hole of the piston, and the pressure oil in the upper chamber of the piston is discharged to the vacuum oil tank. The pressure oil in the middle chamber of the piston pushes the piston to the right, and the valve opens to replenish oil to the tank. |
