Structure:
The S10P5.0 one-way valve adopts a seat design, including the valve body, valve core, compression spring, control slide valve, and pre opening valve, forming a collaborative system. This design ensures reliable sealing during liquid flow and prevents unnecessary flow.
This one-way valve can push the valve core through hydraulic pressure to achieve free flow, while also achieving reverse flow through hydraulic control when needed. Designed to isolate local pressure circuits, prevent load drop, and provide effective load protection. By controlling the structure of the slide valve and valve core, the valve can also prevent the load from climbing down, ensuring system stability.
Working Principle of S10P5.0 one-way valve:
When the oil flows in the forward direction, the valve core is away from the valve seat, allowing the liquid to flow freely from A to B, completing the forward flow operation. During reverse flow, the valve core is pushed towards the valve seat by the pressure spring and the pressure of the pipeline system. In order to release the valve core from the valve seat, it is necessary to apply pressure to control the spool valve. By connecting pressure to the control interface X, the control spool is pushed to the right, causing the valve core to detach from the valve seat, allowing oil to flow from B to A.
