Working Principle:
1. Heat exchange process: The Cooler assembly YZ-13 φ1120*770 mainly consists of a shell, heat exchange tube, front cover, rear cover, cooling core, and other parts. The oil flows inside the heat exchange tube, while the cooling medium (usually water or coolant) flows in the shell space outside the heat exchange tube. Hot oil transfers heat to the cooling medium through the wall of the heat exchange tube, achieving heat exchange and reducing the temperature of the oil.
2. Counterflow heat transfer: In order to improve heat transfer efficiency, the oil and cooling medium usually adopt a counter flow heat transfer method, that is, the inlet and outlet of the oil are arranged opposite to the inlet and outlet of the cooling medium, so that the two fluids with the largest temperature difference meet at both ends of the heat exchange tube, thereby maximizing the heat transfer effect.
3. Structural features: Heat exchange tubes usually use copper finned tubes to increase the heat exchange area and improve heat exchange efficiency. One end of the bundle is fixed and the other end is floating, which can adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding structural damage. The cooling core is equipped with baffle plates inside to enhance turbulence and improve heat transfer efficiency.
