Product Description

DB15G-2-L5X/5/2 pilot relief valve is a key component used to limit and unload system pressure. It plays an important role in the hydraulic system, ensuring the safe operation and normal operation of the system.

The DB pilot overflow valve consists of a main valve with a main valve plug-in and a pilot valve with a pressure regulating element. The main valve is responsible for limiting system pressure, while the pilot valve serves to regulate and control the main valve. This overflow valve has a simple structure, convenient installation, and high reliability.

Working principle of the overflow valve:
the pressure in circuit A acts on the main valve core. At the same time, pressure passes through a control channel with an orifice and acts on the spring loaded side of the main valve core and the ball on the pilot valve. When the pressure in channel A exceeds the set value of the spring, the ball overcomes the force of the spring, causing the overflow valve to open, thereby limiting the pressure and unloading the system. By adjusting the pressure regulating element of the pilot valve, the working pressure of the overflow valve can be adjusted and controlled.
