The solenoid valve 22FDA-F5T-W110R-20/LP is a conical valve type plug-in electromagnetic directional valve mainly used for testing solenoid valves in the lubricating oil station of small steam turbines in power plants. The solenoid valve has a compact structure, high flow rate, low pressure loss, no leakage, and fast reversing speed. There are two main types of internal structures: direct acting (φ 2 diameter) and pilot type (φ 6 diameter).

Function:
For the steam turbine test module, solenoid valve 22FDA-F5T-W110R-20/LP has functions of on-off, pressure maintaining, and unloading. When the solenoid valve receives a control signal, the electromagnetic activation coil generates a magnetic field inside, causing the valve core to be attracted or released, thereby opening or closing the valve and achieving fluid on-off control.

Working Principle:
When the solenoid valve is in a closed state, there is a certain pressure difference between the fluid on both sides of the valve, which can be used to maintain a certain pressure in the system. On the other hand, when it is necessary to release system pressure, the control signal will cause the solenoid valve to open, and the fluid inside the valve can flow out through the valve, thereby achieving system unloading.
