The thermal expansion monitor DF9032/03/03 is a sensor designed specifically for the steam turbine industry, used to measure the expansion displacement of steam turbine units. It not only has near and far transmission functions, but also uses an intermediate frequency displacement sensor as the sensing element, which has the advantages of high reliability, durability, and long service life.

When selecting the near transmission method, DF9032/03/03 uses an intermediate frequency displacement sensor as the sensing element, which can accurately measure the expansion displacement of the steam turbine unit and transmit the measurement data to the control system in a timely manner. This method not only reduces the transmission loss of the line, improves measurement accuracy, but also better protects the sensor from high temperatures and harsh environments.

When choosing the remote transmission method, DF9032/03/03 has better reliability, longer service life, and can continuously monitor the expansion displacement of the steam turbine unit, and timely transmit data to the remote control system. The advantage of this method is that it can avoid complex signal interference in the on-site environment and improve the stability and reliability of data transmission.

In addition, the DF9032 MaxA also has two LVDT (direct current linear displacement transmitter) interfaces, which can simultaneously receive signals from both LVDTs to monitor the thermal deformation of the casing. These two LVDTs need to be installed on both sides of the dead center of the casing, and the difference between the two indicates the deformation of the casing. Through this method, the operator can timely detect the deformation of the casing and take corresponding measures to avoid accidents and equipment damage.
