Audited Supplier The differential pressure regulating valve 977HP of the generator sealing oil system is a device used to control the pressure difference between oil and hydrogen in the sealing oil system of the generator set. Its main function is to maintain the pressure difference between oil and hydrogen within the set range by adjusting the opening of the valve port, in order to ensure the normal operation of the generator set and maintain sealing performance.
The differential pressure regulating valve 977HP consists of a valve stem and a spring. When the sum of hydrogen pressure, spring pressure, and oil pressure creates a pressure difference, the valve stem will move up and down, changing the opening of the valve port, thereby adjusting the outlet flow and pressure of the pressure difference regulating valve. By adjusting the tightness of the spring, the pressure difference can be adjusted to meet the needs of different working conditions.
Working principle of the differential pressure regulating valve 977HP:
When the hydrogen pressure increases, the spring will drive the valve stem to move downwards, increasing the valve opening, leading to an increase in the outlet flow of the differential pressure regulating valve, thereby increasing the pressure of the sealing oil until it reaches the equilibrium state near the set pressure difference value. On the contrary, when the hydrogen pressure decreases, the spring will drive the valve stem to move upwards, reducing the valve opening, resulting in a decrease in the outlet flow of the differential pressure regulating valve, thereby reducing the pressure of the sealing oil until it reaches an equilibrium state near the set pressure difference.
