The steam turbine generator sealing rings, also called as sealing bearings, provided by YOYIK have excellent sealing performance and stable operating performance, making them an ideal choice for steam turbine generator units.

The design and material selection of this sealing bearing fully consider its stable operation in high temperature and high pressure environments, with good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and oxidation resistance, ensuring its reliability and stability in long-term operation. Adopting a single flow ring sealing structure, the sealing oil pressure is higher than the hydrogen pressure inside the generator casing, effectively preventing hydrogen leakage.

In general, there are three oil barriers on both sides of the sealing bearing in the unit to ensure that the sealing oil does not enter the generator belly or leak out from the air side during normal operation. The oil baffle can move up, down, left, and right with the rotor during operation, but it cannot rotate, further improving the sealing effect.

The generator sealing rings can be processed according to the drawing or customized according to your needs, and can be suitable for various types of steam turbine generator sets.
