Product Description

The UT-81 liquid level gauge is an ideal indicator device designed for remote measurement of liquid levels in non corrosive liquids on site. It has two working modes, which can visually indicate the liquid level and remotely transmit changes in the liquid level to the control room. These characteristics have led to the recognition of the UT-81 level gauge in fields such as turbine oil tank oil level measurement in its long-term and widespread use.

The core component of the UT-81 liquid level gauge is the float. When the float generates buoyancy in the liquid, it will directly push the center rod body. The upper part of the central rod body is equipped with a red pointer, which can visually indicate the liquid level. This indication method is not only clear and visible, but also has a large visual range and convenient observation.

In addition, the auxiliary rod design of the UT-81 level gauge is also very unique. When the center push rod moves up and down, it will drive the auxiliary pull rod, causing the armature at the top of the pull rod to move in the coil excited by an intermediate frequency source. The voltage of the coil will change with the movement of the armature, and this change can be amplified by the detection of the secondary instrument, which can convert the displacement of the float up and down into a linear electric quantity. In this way, the changes in liquid level can be remotely transmitted to the control room through electrical signals.
