Differential pressure transmitter CMS-III is a type of differential pressure transmitter CMS, mainly used to warn of clogging of the filter element, so as to replace the filter element in a timely manner.
CMS type transmitter is a hydraulic control component that combines electrical and target signals, capable of both electrical and target signals. If electrical components or circuits malfunction due to external reasons, causing the electrical transmitter to fail to sound an alarm, then the visual transmission of the transmitter can also function normally and accurately send out alarm signals, thereby improving the reliability and timeliness of the transmitter.
The working process of pressure transmitter CMS-III
When the hydraulic system is in operation, the filter element in the oil filter gradually becomes clogged by pollutants due to the removal of impurities during operation, resulting in a pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the oil filter. When the pressure difference increases to the set value of the transmitter, one end of the transmitter will switch to send a warning signal, and the other end will visually display a red button to remind that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

(2) When the hydraulic system starts or the instantaneous flow rate increases or decreases, no error signal will be issued;
(3) The originally set differential pressure signal value will not cause inaccurate signals due to external reasons;
(4) Equipped with standard hydraulic and electrical wiring plug sockets, it can be installed in any of the four directions within the installation plane according to needs, making installation convenient;
(5) Not only can it send out signals of blockage, but it can also timely cut off the control circuits related to the hydraulic system, ensuring the safe and normal operation of the main engine and hydraulic system;
Before leaving the factory, the pressure differential transmitter CS-V needs to set the signal value, with a range of 0.1-1Mpa. The transmission value and thread spacing can be determined according to the actual needs on site.
