As the execution unit in the electric unit combination instrument, the control valve can receive electrical signals or manual control signals from control instruments, computers and other units, and automatically control the valve opening according to the signal size, so as to achieve precise adjustment of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level and flow. |
| Working Principle The working principle of the T947H-25 control valve is based on the combination of an electric actuator and a precision adjustment mechanism. The controller part receives the input signal (usually a 4-20mA DC standard signal) and compares and amplifies it with the feedback signal from the opening detection part. By eliminating the difference between the input signal and the opening signal, the controller drives the motor to rotate. The rotation of the motor is converted into a linear displacement of the output shaft through the worm gear transmission mechanism, and the movement of the output shaft is converted into an opening signal again through the feedback mechanism and fed back to the controller, forming a closed-loop control system. When the deviation between the input signal and the opening signal is eliminated, the controller stops the motor from rotating, thereby achieving precise control of the valve opening. |
