It mainly consists of three main components: compressor, combustion chamber, and gas turbine, as well as auxiliary equipment such as intake filtration system and turning gear. Gas turbines belong to internal combustion engines, so they are also called internal gas turbines. A gas turbine is an internal combustion engine that uses continuously flowing gas as the working fluid to drive the impeller to rotate at high speed and convert the energy of fuel into useful work. It is a rotating impeller type thermal engine.

Applications and Features:

The gas turbine actuator filter DP109EA20V/-W is used to filter impurities in the hydraulic servomotor. The hydraulic servomotor is the executing mechanism of the turbine regulation and security system, which receives instructions from the DEH control system to operate the opening and closing of the turbine valve, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the unit speed, load, and protecting the unit safety. The control block of the hydraulic motor is equipped with servo valves (or solenoid valves), unloading valves, trip solenoid valves, one-way valves, and pressure measuring connectors. All O-ring seals are made of fluororubber material. Regularly replace the precision filter element of the oil filter at the inlet of the hydraulic servomotor. When the pollution standard is exceeded (the pressure difference indicator acts), the filter element should also be replaced to protect the normal production work of the hydraulic servomotor, ensure that the oil is clean and do not generate overload friction.
