Product Description

The eddy current speed sensor NE6103-050-150-03-09-01-00 is a non-contact measuring device, particularly suitable for measuring the speed of moving objects. Its working principle is to generate eddy currents between the sensor probe and the measured object through high-frequency electrical signals, which will change the impedance of the probe. Sensors determine the distance between the measured object and the probe by detecting changes in probe impedance, thereby achieving speed measurement.

The high-frequency signal of NE6103-050-150-03-09-01-00 sensor will generate eddy currents on the opposite metal object, and the intensity of these eddy currents will affect the impedance of the probe. The design of the sensor creates a linear relationship between the distance between the probe and the metal plane and the impedance of the eddy current sensor. Through this relationship, the sensor can accurately complete the measurement work.
