The three screw pump DLZB820-R64A is an efficient and reliable rotary displacement pump widely used for conveying various lubricating liquids without solid particles, corrosive oils, and similar oils. It is composed of an active screw and a driven screw, and through their engagement and coordination with the inner surface of the sleeve, it forms a multi-stage dynamic sealing chamber, thereby achieving continuous, stable, and axially moving pressure liquid transportation.
The three screw pump DLZB820-R64A is suitable for liquid transportation in small and medium-sized flow ranges, with stable flow rate, low noise, and high suction capacity. The active screw is driven by an electric motor to rotate, while the driven screw is driven by the transmitted pressure liquid to rotate itself. The starting torque and vibration of the pump are relatively small, and the liquid conveyed by it moves axially and uniformly in a straight line within the pump, thereby achieving stable flow and minimizing pressure pulsation.
The screw pump DLZB820-R64A uses high-quality metal materials, such as stainless steel or cast iron, to ensure the durability and reliability of the pump. Its manufacturing process includes precision machining and assembly processes to ensure a good fit between screws and bushings and the overall performance of the pump. Working principle:
When the electric motor drives the active screw to rotate, the meshing between the main and driven screws and the matching with the inner surface of the sleeve form a series of dynamic sealing chambers. These sealed chambers push the liquid step by step from the inlet of the pump to the outlet and gradually increase its pressure.
