Product Description

The TDZ-1F transmitter is a signal processing device specifically designed for LVDT displacement sensors, typically installed in the DEH control system cabinet. The main function of this transmitter is to convert the physical displacement detected by the LVDT displacement sensor into electrical signals for further processing and utilization by the control system.
The TDZ-1F transmitter has a unique redundant power supply design that can receive two 24VDC DC power supplies, forming a redundant configuration. This means that even if one of the power sources loses power, the TDZ-1F transmitter can still operate normally, ensuring the stability and reliability of the system.
The TDZ-1F transmitter is connected to the transmitter of the LVDT displacement sensor, which mainly consists of three parts: power supply, conversion circuit, and transmitter. The power supply converts 24VDC to 15V and displays whether the 15V power supply is working properly through two green LED indicator lights. The conversion circuit is responsible for providing LVDT excitation signals and converting the detected frequency change signals into 1-5V and 4-20mA signals to adapt to different types of control systems.
The TDZ-1F transmitter is equipped with four adjustable potentiometers, namely the zero potentiometer, amplitude potentiometer, current I adjustment potentiometer, and current II adjustment potentiometer. These potentiometers allow users to adjust the output signal of the transmitter according to actual needs, thereby achieving higher measurement accuracy and better system adaptability.
