Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 is composed of two components A and B, with a yellow impurity free liquid appearance and a solid content generally greater than 80%. It has good electrical insulation performance.

Product Features:

>  Bonding and fixation: Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 can be bonded and quickly cured at room temperature, and can be used to firmly fix insulation materials on motor windings. Its excellent adhesion ensures the stability of the insulation material and effectively prevents loosening or detachment.

>  Insulation protection: Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 has excellent insulation performance and can form a reliable insulation layer, isolating the motor winding from external media, thus providing excellent electrical and gas insulation protection. This helps to prevent corona discharge, electrical breakdown, and insulation layer damage, greatly improving the insulation reliability of the motor.

>  Anti vibration and impact: Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 forms a thin film with good elasticity after curing, which can effectively absorb and slow down external vibration and impact forces, providing reliable protection for insulation materials and motor windings to prevent damage.

>  High temperature resistance: Under normal circumstances, Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 has excellent high temperature resistance and can maintain stable adhesion and insulation performance in high-temperature environments, meeting the working requirements of high-voltage motors.

Applications and Features:

Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 is suitable for insulation at the joints of motor stator bars and connecting wires to ground. When using room temperature cured mica tape semi laminated insulation, the mica tape is applied between layers.

Mix the components A and B of Room temperature epoxy adhesive 841 according to the required ratio and stir evenly before use. The prepared 841 room temperature curing epoxy adhesive should be used up within 2 hours. When the ambient temperature is below 20 ºC, component A of 841 room temperature cured epoxy adhesive needs to be baked before use. Baking temperature: 30 ºC~40 ºC, holding time: ≥ 4 hours.
