Applications and Features:

RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive J0705 is widely used for the bonding of silicon steel sheets in the stator core of high-voltage large generators during the lamination process. The working principle is to apply DECJ0705 adhesive between the silicon steel sheets, and then stack the silicon steel sheets layer by layer. Through the curing process at room temperature, the adhesive of J0705 penetrates between the silicon steel sheets, tightly bonding them into a whole. This process effectively prevents the loosening or displacement of silicon steel sheets during operation, ensuring the stability and efficient operation of the stator structure.
