Product Description

The oil and water alarm OWK-2 is a key equipment designed specifically for hydrogen cooled generator sets, used to monitor whether there is oil leakage in the generator. It adopts a fully sealed structure and is made of magnetic resistant materials. It has a simple structure and convenient installation characteristics, and has excellent explosion-proof performance. This alarm can be installed in the hydrogen oil water system of the generator to detect and alarm oil leakage by monitoring the liquid level.

The oil and water alarm OWK-2 consists of a casing, float, permanent magnet, and magnetic switch. The shell of the alarm is also equipped with an observation window, making it convenient for users to visually check the liquid level.

The working principle of the oil-water alarm OWK-2 is based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetism. When the liquid inside the shell reaches a certain volume, the float begins to move, and the permanent magnet on the float triggers a magnetic switch to generate an electrical signal and issue an alarm. When the liquid is discharged, the float falls by its own weight, and the magnetic switch cuts off the electrical signal, releasing the alarm state.
