The servo valve PSSV-890-DF0056 is one of the key components in the DEH system, which achieves precise adjustment of the turbine main steam valve by converting electrical signals into hydraulic signals.
This servo valve adopts electro-hydraulic conversion technology, which uses electromagnetic force to convert electrical signals into hydraulic signals, thereby controlling the opening of the main steam valve and regulating the main steam flow rate.
When the servo valve PSSV-890-DF0056 receives the electrical signal from the controller, the internal coil generates a corresponding magnetic field based on the received electrical signal. This magnetic field will generate attraction or repulsion force on the iron core on the valve core, causing the valve core to move. The movement of the valve core will change the gap between the hydraulic valve core and the valve seat, thereby adjusting the opening of the main steam valve of the turbine. By controlling the size and direction of the electrical signal, the servo valve can achieve precise adjustment of the main steam valve of the steam turbine.
