The GPA2-16-E-20/R6.3 gear pump is a multifunctional high flow liquid conveying equipment that can be used as a transmission and booster pump, as well as a lubricating oil pump widely used in the industrial field. The pump is also equipped with a safety valve for overload protection.
Structure:
The GPA2-16-E-20-R6.3 gear pump has a well-designed oil discharge and return groove, which minimizes the torque force borne by the gear during operation, thereby reducing bearing load and wear, and improving pump efficiency. Through heat treatment, the gears have high hardness and strength, and are installed together with the shaft in replaceable shaft sleeves for operation. All parts inside the pump are automatically lubricated through the output medium during pump operation.
GPA2-16-E-20-R6.3 gear pump is suitable for oil fields, oil depots, ports, docks, ships, and other occasions that require high flow transportation and unloading of oil. It can transport various lubricating oils, including a viscosity of 5 × 10-6-1.5 × Lubricating oil of 10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) at a temperature below 300 ° C. In addition, the pump is also suitable for conveying liquid fuels that do not contain solid particles and fibers, such as crude oil, diesel, and animal and vegetable oils. When equipped with copper gears, it can also transport low flash point liquids such as gasoline and benzene. If you need to transport non lubricating oil, beverages, or low corrosive liquids, you can choose stainless steel gear pumps.
