DB672.19 galvanized steel wire for generators is an important accessory designed specifically for generators. Galvanized steel wire DB672.19 is made by drawing high-quality carbon structural steel such as 45 #, 65 #, and 70 #, and then galvanizing (electrogalvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing). It has good characteristics such as corrosion resistance, rust prevention, aesthetics, and durability.


Technical Requirement:
1. The surface of hot-dip galvanized steel wire should be coated with a uniform and continuous zinc layer without cracks or exposed plating.
2. The galvanized layer of steel wire allows for local white spots, flash points, thin films, and individual zinc layer deposits that do not affect the test, but the local increase in the accumulation value shall not exceed twice the positive deviation of the wire diameter.
