Product Description

RCB-300 heat insulation gear pump is an advanced hydraulic transmission equipment designed to transport high viscosity media and maintain temperature. Its unique design and advanced functionality make it outstanding in industrial applications that require high temperature and insulation conditions.


The material of RCB-300 gear pump is cast steel, and its lifespan is more than 5 times that of cast iron material. The pump is suitable for conveying non corrosive, non solid particles, and media with certain solidification properties. This pump is particularly suitable for outdoor installation in high and cold regions and for processes that require insulation treatment. The medium temperature can reach 250 ºC and the viscosity range is 5-1500cst.


Special Design:
The RCB-300 gear pump adopts an insulation jacket design, which insulates the pump body through the circulation of steam or thermal oil. Allow users to exchange heat between the conveyed liquid and pump through media such as thermal oil, steam, or hot water, ensuring that the required temperature can be maintained even under harsh conditions. The gear pump adopts an external meshing gear pump structure, and its tooth shape is an involute spur gear. This design not only improves the transmission efficiency of the pump, but also makes it suitable for high viscosity and solidification media. Users can choose suitable media according to different work needs to meet different temperature and process requirements.
