RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive HEC56102 is a two component room temperature solvent free brushing adhesive. Composed of low viscosity epoxy resin and room temperature curing agent, it is a solvent-free insulation adhesive. Insulation and heat resistance level F (temperature resistance 155 ºC)

>  RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive HEC56102 has a high thermoelectric forming temperature, high mechanical strength, heat resistance, and excellent electromechanical properties.

>  RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive HEC56102 does not require heating for curing, and the curing process is simple, convenient to use, without the need for vulcanization equipment, energy-saving, and cost-effective.

>  RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive HEC56102 has high bonding strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical properties typically lower than adhesives with medium and high temperature curing agents. Especially, the thermal resistance rapidly decreases with the increase of temperature. The long-term use temperature generally does not exceed 80ºC.

Applications and Features:

RTV Silicon steel sheets adhesive HEC56102 is suitable for brushing and bonding the stator and rotor of hydro generator rotors, thermal generators, and exciters, as well as for brushing and bonding insulation of AC and DC motors.
