| The SS-C10S25 filter element is the core component of the vacuum oil filter specially customized for the lubricating oil system of power plant generators. It integrates advanced wire-wound filter element technology and the latest achievements in material science. The filter element uses high-strength stainless steel as the supporting frame, and the outer layer is precisely wound with multiple layers of glass fiber or specially treated absorbent cotton to form an efficient and long-lasting filter medium. The SS-C10S25 filter element is designed to cope with the complex and changeable operating environment in the lubricating oil system of power plant generators, including high temperature, high pressure and oil containing a variety of impurities and pollutants. The SS-C10S25 filter element can not only effectively filter out particles larger than 10 microns in the oil (the specific filtration accuracy depends on the manufacturer's standards), but can also absorb moisture and harmful gases in the oil to a certain extent, improving the overall quality of the oil. By regularly replacing the SS-C10S25 filter element, the wear of the generator bearings can be significantly reduced and the life of the equipment can be extended. |
