| Working principle: The overflow valve uses the change of system pressure to automatically adjust the opening and closing of the valve. When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the pilot valve remains closed, and the main valve core is also in a closed state under the action of the spring, and the hydraulic fluid is normally guided to various components of the system. Once the system pressure reaches or exceeds the preset value, the pilot valve opens under the action of the hydraulic pressure, resulting in a pressure difference between the upper and lower parts of the main valve core, which in turn pushes the main valve core upward, opens the main valve port, and the excess hydraulic fluid flows back to the oil tank through this valve port, thereby achieving precise control of the system pressure and preventing equipment damage caused by excessive pressure. |
