Product Description

Descriptoon:

The CMS-50 pressure sensor is a pressure detection component specifically designed for lubrication systems, consisting of the sensor body, signal lines (including red and black lines), and a connecting base. This sensor is connected to the main pipeline to measure the pressure in the lubrication system, with a range of 0 to 500 bar (equivalent to 50 MPa) and excellent sealing performance.
When installing the CMS-50 pressure sensor, special attention should be paid to several key points. Firstly, when connecting the pressure interface (M16 * 1.5mm), do not over tighten to prevent damage to the threads. Secondly, it is recommended to install spring pads to reduce the possibility of vibration and looseness. Furthermore, the pressure detection hole must be filled with grease to prevent air from entering and ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement. Finally, it is necessary to ensure that the working voltage of the sensor is 10 to 30VDC within the specified range and voltage range when using it.
