Product Description

Brushing impregnation adhesive HDJ-138 is a two-component adhesive that is mainly composed of low viscosity epoxy resin and synthetic resin curing agents, and is room temperature cured. The inherent presence of polar hydroxyl and ether bonds in the molecular chain of epoxy resin makes it highly adhesive to various substances.

Applications and Features:

Brushing dipping adhesive HDJ-138 can be used for impregnation and insulation treatment of various motor binding tapes and conformal materials. The adhesive has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong adhesive strength of solidified materials, and good fluidity, which can meet the requirements of stator and rotor painting and impregnation for water, thermal power, and excitation machines. It is also suitable for painting and impregnation of AC and DC motor insulation.
