Product Description
The
water-cooled wall tube of a power plant boiler is a key component in the boiler system, mainly used to absorb high-temperature flue gas released during the combustion process to generate steam for power generation. The water-cooled wall pipes are vertically arranged on the furnace wall of the boiler, forming a wall. Cooling water circulates through water-cooled wall pipes, absorbing heat from the wall and sending hot water to the boiler water circulation system, forming a closed cycle. By circulating this cooling water, the high temperature of the pipe wall is cooled to prevent overheating and deformation.
The arrangement of water-cooled wall pipes needs to consider effective cooling of flue gas and ensure that the water-cooled wall covers most of the inner surface of the furnace. Reasonable layout can improve the efficiency of heat absorption.
