Product Description

Armored thermocouple WREX2-001 is an advanced temperature measurement device widely used in various industrial and scientific fields. Its unique structure is made of conductors, insulated Al2O3, and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel protective tubes that have been repeatedly drawn. This manufacturing process gives WREX2-001 excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability.
Armored thermocouples mainly consist of a junction box, terminal blocks, and armored thermocouples, and are equipped with various installation and fixing devices, which makes their installation convenient, safe, and reliable. WREX2-001 belongs to the E graduation number, which means it has the highest sensitivity. The thermocouple with the E graduation number has the maximum thermoelectric electromotive force among commonly used thermocouples, which makes it highly accurate in temperature measurement.
The usage temperature of WREX2-001 is generally between 0~800 ºC, but in the short term, it can reach 900 ºC. This characteristic enables it to maintain good performance even when continuously used in oxidizing and inert atmospheres. This type of thermocouple exhibits stability and reliability in high temperatures and harsh environments, making it the preferred choice for many demanding applications.
In addition, the armored thermocouple WREX2-001 also has advantages such as small size, strong resistance to mechanical vibration and electromagnetic interference.
