After the electric heater ZJ-16.5-1B(R) steel casing is cold-shrinked, its surface should be inspected by color flaw detection or a magnifying glass of more than 5 times. There should be no defects such as cracks. The shrinking should be unidirectionally formed to improve the reliability and service life of the steel casing.

 

Technical parameters:
The rated working voltage of the electric heater is 220±20V. DC 100V, low voltage 50V;
The center line straightness of the electric heater with an insertion length of less than 1m is not greater than Ø0.3mm; the center line straightness of the insertion length of 1-2m is not greater than Ø0.4mm;
The diameter deviation of the insertion part is -0.20mm/-0.50mm;
The length deviation of the insertion part is ±5mm, the heating length deviation is ±5mm, and the bottom cold end length is 25-30mm;
The electric heater is required to heat evenly during use, and local overheating is not allowed.
