The speed sensor ZS-03 is a measuring device designed specifically for measuring the speed of turbine machinery. It adopts the principle of magnetoelectric induction and can measure its speed without directly contacting objects. It can be installed on steam turbine components and is very convenient to use.
Product features:
Magnetoelectric induction principle: Adopting the principle of magnetoelectric induction, it can work without touching the power supply, and the output signal is large enough without further amplification, with good anti-interference performance.
Non contact measurement: The speed sensor ZS-03 can achieve non-contact measurement, which is safe and convenient, and can avoid friction and loss caused by contact measurement.
Wide temperature working range: The speed sensor ZS-03 can be used in various harsh environments, such as smoke, oil, gas, water, and gas environments, but it is not allowed to be used in strong magnetic environments above 250 ºC.
Installation and transportation precautions: The speed sensor ZS-03 should avoid strong collisions during installation and transportation to avoid damaging the sensor. When the runout of the measured shaft is large, attention should be paid to increasing the gap appropriately to avoid damaging the sensor.
Unable to repair: In order to use in harsh environments, the speed sensor ZS-03 will be immediately sealed after assembly and debugging, so it cannot be repaired.

The speed sensor ZS-03 is widely used for measuring the speed of various steam turbines, such as in industrial sites such as power plants, chemical plants, and paper mills.
