Connect the heating rod ZJ-20-13(R)and adjust the voltage, slowly adjust the voltage adjustment knob, make sure the DC voltage output is normal, adjust the output voltage to zero before connecting the heating rod, insert the heating rod into the bolt to be heated, plug the other end of the plug into the socket of the power box, close the corresponding heating switch, and adjust the DC output voltage. The voltage is generally between 110V and 130V.

 

Technical parameters:
The rated working voltage of the electric heater is 220±20V. DC 100V, low voltage 50V;
The center line straightness of the electric heater with an insertion length of less than 1m is not greater than Ø0.3mm; the center line straightness of the insertion length of 1-2m is not greater than Ø0.4mm;
The diameter deviation of the insertion part is -0.20mm/-0.50mm;
The length deviation of the insertion part is ±5mm, the heating length deviation is ±5mm, and the bottom cold end length is 25-30mm;
The electric heater is required to heat evenly during use, and local overheating is not allowed.
