 LVDT displacement sensor DET350B is a high-precision linear displacement sensor widely used in various situations that require measuring the position and velocity of linear motion. The working principle of LVDT displacement sensor DET350B is based on the principle of differential inductance, which converts the mechanical quantity of linear motion into electrical quantity, achieving automatic monitoring and control of displacement. LVDT sensors have the advantages of strong output signal, good anti-interference performance, convenient installation and use, and can be used in harsh environments such as smoke, oil and gas, and water vapor.
LVDT displacement sensor DET350B plays an important role in actual operation as a travel sensor for hydraulic motors. Its function is to convert the displacement (valve opening) signal of the hydraulic motor piston into a voltage signal and compare it with the signal sent out by the computer. The servo amplifier amplifies the comparison difference and converts it into a current value, driving the electro-hydraulic servo valve to control the hydraulic motor and steam valve. When the opening of the steam valve meets the requirements of the computer input signal, the input deviation of the servo amplifier is zero, so the steam valve is in a new stable position.
