The servo control card SFW-S(B) is a core component designed for modern industrial control systems, especially suitable for high-precision and high-dynamic response requirements such as steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic control systems. The servo card mainly receives control instructions from the DEH system, outputs control signals after processing, drives the electro-hydraulic converter (such as servo valve) to control the turbine speed regulating valve, thereby achieving precise adjustment of parameters such as turbine speed and power. The servo card integrates advanced digital signal processing technology and precise analog circuits to achieve precise control of motors or electro-hydraulic converters, thereby ensuring stable operation and high-efficiency performance of the entire system. |
Working Principle 1. Input signal, specify the required actuator movement mode and speed. 2. After receiving the input signal, the DEH servo card performs signal processing and converts the input signal into a signal suitable for driving the hydraulic motor. 3. The servo card detects the actual position and speed of the actuator by using a feedback device (such as a displacement sensor LVDT), and then uses the PID control algorithm to calculate the appropriate actuator control signal. 4. The control signal is sent to the driving electro-hydraulic converter (such as a servo valve), and the servo valve controls the action of the actuator by controlling the current or voltage. 5. The servo card continuously monitors the actual position of the actuator and transmits the feedback information back to the control algorithm for processing. If the actual position is inconsistent with the target position, the servo card will adjust the control signal to move the actuator to the target position. |
