The displacement sensor TDZ-1-03 adopts the principle of linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) and consists of a main coil and two secondary coils. The main coil generates a magnetic field by passing alternating current. When the iron core moves in the main coil, a voltage is induced in the secondary coil. The voltage difference generated by the two secondary coils is proportional to the displacement of the iron core. By measuring this differential voltage, the linear displacement of the iron core relative to the initial position of the sensor can be obtained. This principle enables the displacement sensor to have high-precision measurement capabilities, with a linearity of up to 1%, ensuring the accuracy of the measurement results. |
