Product Description

The solenoid valve SV13-12V-O-0-00 is a key equipment installed in the turbine OPC system. It is an electromagnetic control valve mainly used for overspeed protection function. The solenoid valve receives a pulse signal from the DEH (digital electronic governor) and quickly opens in the event of load rejection or overspeed of the unit, causing the OPC oil circuit to leak, thereby closing the control valve and protecting the safe operation of the unit.

Working principle of solenoid valve SV13-12V-O-0-00
When the coil is energized, the current in the coil generates a magnetic field, attracting the valve core to move upwards, thereby opening the fluid channel. When the current is disconnected, the valve core is pushed back to its original position by the spring, forming a seal between the valve body and the valve core, blocking flow. By controlling the on/off of the current, the solenoid valve can be opened and closed, enabling it to block flow in both directions during power outages and play a role in applications where fluid flow needs to be controlled and stopped.
